What we check,
against what, and where.
Each of the four checks resolves to a fact a registry, an authority, or a signed event can confirm — not a judgement call. Here is exactly what each one verifies, what we verify it against, what we can’t verify yet, and which corridors it’s live in.

Verified against
UAE commercial content permits — a checkable government credential. Entity registration — a registry fact everywhere we operate. Outside the Gulf, the category rule that governs the advertiser, plus the creator's signed attestation.
What we can’t verify yet, and why
Outside the Gulf, we can't point to a creator-level permit registry, because in most markets that registry doesn't exist — permission sits on the advertiser, not the creator. We say which of the two you're getting, per creator, on the record. We never present an attestation as a verification.

Money
VerifiedWhat we verify
That the receiving account belongs to the entity named on the contract, and that the entity and its beneficial owners are clean.
Verified against
Bank account ownership confirmation against the contracting entity. International sanctions and PEP screening sources, re-run as those sources change.
What we can’t verify yet, and why
We confirm ownership and screening status, not the commercial terms of the deal itself — that's between you and the creator.

Tax

That the tax identifier is real, the declaration is current, and the right withholding is applied.
Verified against
The issuing tax authority for the identifier — not the form someone typed it into. Declarations we collect, validate, and version. Withholding rules we maintain per jurisdiction.
What we can’t verify yet, and why
We don't generalise one market's withholding rule across another — where we haven't built and verified a jurisdiction's rule yet, the check shows as in build rather than guessing.

This is the check we're building with our first cohort's real campaigns — it isn't live yet anywhere. We'd rather tell you that than ship a version that only looks complete.

THE DOCTRINE BEHIND THE RECORD
Every check has the same anatomy.
A hard fact arrives from a registry, an authority, or an app. A human — or a rule we maintain — reads it and reaches a determination. That determination goes back into the record as a submission the next party can rely on.
Fact
What the registry or authority says.
A UAE commercial content permit is on file. An entity is active on a companies registry. A bank confirms account ownership. A tax identifier resolves against the issuing authority. The hard, checkable event. Binary. Unambiguous.
Interpretation
What the rule or the reviewer determines.
The category rule that applies in a corridor without a creator-level registry. The sanctions match that needs a human look before it’s called clean. This is the layer that turns a raw fact into a decision — and the layer where every dispute begins.
Submission
What goes back into the record.
Cleared, pending, blocked, or expired — signed, time-stamped, and named to the check that produced it. The next brand, agency, or authority reads this instead of re-deriving it from scratch.
