For creators who've transacted through the network before, we add performance validation — reliability history on who delivered, on time, to brief, with a clean compliance record. That validation shapes the campaign as it's built, not a report generated after the fact.
Without leaving the workflow, CognitivaOS becomes the counterparty and signs each creator directly on fair, standard terms. You hold one master agreement with us covering the whole campaign; we handle the individual signatures in the background.
We pay each creator's business in its currency, handle indirect tax (VAT/GST) and any withholding, issue the right tax documentation, and reconcile everything to one invoice.
