FOR BRANDS

You’re liable for money
you never saw move.

Your budget reaches four hundred creators through a dozen agencies in nine countries. You approved the campaign. You verified no one. In an audit, that distinction doesn’t help.

WHAT CAMPAIGN REPORTING DOESN’T TELL YOU

What was spent and what was posted. Not whether the recipient held a permit for the category they promoted, had an active company, filed a valid tax form, or owned the account the money went to. Those four are what a regulator or a journalist asks about, and none of them appears in a campaign report.

WHY THE INDEMNITY DOESN’T SAVE YOU

“Our contract makes the creator responsible.”

It does, and that’s free, which makes it the honest competitor to everything on this page.

It works right up until it matters. A tax authority assessing unreported cross-border payments comes to the party with assets — that’s the brand or the agency, not a creator with no company. A regulator penalising unlicensed commercial content penalises the advertiser. An indemnity from someone who can’t pay it is a document, not a defence.

Risk transfer is cheap because it doesn’t move the risk. Verification does.

WHAT CHANGES

  • Every creator paid with your budget carries a current status, across every agency you use.
  • Payouts don’t clear against expired forms, struck-off companies, unscreened accounts, or missing permits.
  • One export per payout: checks run, sources, timestamps, and the named person who released it anyway if someone did.
  • Minors on your campaigns identified and evidenced, not discovered afterwards.

WHAT WE DON’T DO

We don’t rate creators, score content, or judge what suits your brand. That’s your call and your agency’s. We verify legal and financial standing and prove the work happened. Nothing else.
