Who we are

CognitivaOS is provided by Cognitiva Systems Inc., a Texas corporation, 801 Travis Street, Suite 2101, Houston, TX 77002, United States. Cognitiva also operates through offices in Singapore and the United Arab Emirates.

What CognitivaOS is, and is not

CognitivaOS provides legal templates, e-signature, creator verification, disclosure screening and payment automation for creator collaborations. Brands and agencies contract directly with creators’ businesses. Cognitiva is not a party to those contracts and is not an employer of the creators. CognitivaOS is not a bank.

Payments

Payments are processed, and funds are held and moved, by licensed payment partners. Funds are blocked when a job is booked and paid out once the deliverable is approved. Payout times depend on the payment partner and the creator’s country.
