What you would own.
We are looking for a Marketing & Design Manager who wants to build a brand from the inside, not brief someone else to do it. You will own how Cognitiva looks, sounds and shows up in the market, and you will produce most of the work yourself: campaigns, design, content, web and launch materials.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership and direct access to the founders.
You will
- Own the Cognitiva visual identity and apply it consistently across the website, product, sales materials and social channels.
- Design and produce marketing assets yourself: pitch decks, one-pagers, social content, ads, event materials and product visuals.
- Plan and run the go-to-market for our January 2027 UAE launch and the following rollouts in India, the USA and Europe.
- Manage the content and update cycle of cognitivasystems.com together with our technology team.
- Build and grow our presence on LinkedIn and creator-industry channels, with content aimed at global brands, agencies and creators.
- Run performance marketing on a lean budget, track results and report on what works.
- Coordinate with external partners and freelancers where specialist work is needed, keeping quality and brand standards in-house.
You bring
- 5+ years in marketing, brand or design roles, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, martech or the creator economy.
- A strong portfolio showing work you designed and shipped yourself.
- Fluency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite; comfort with web tools, CMS platforms and AI-assisted design and content tools.
- Experience running campaigns end to end, from concept to launch to results.
- Excellent written English; Arabic, Hindi, German, French, Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus.
- An interest in working across markets, especially the Middle East, India, the USA and Europe.
- A builder's mindset: you enjoy doing more with less, and you prefer owning results to managing handoffs.

Pay and benefits
USD 100,000–135,000 a year.

Hybrid, based in New York (NY 10007): time together in the office, and time to work from home.
